CapBlinker provides an API for solving CAPTCHA challenges. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, password, and API key. You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for illegal activities, abuse, fraud, denial of service attacks, malware distribution, or any activity that violates applicable laws.

4. API Usage

API access may be limited, suspended, or terminated if excessive abuse, security threats, or violations of these Terms are detected.

5. Payments

Deposits are added to your account balance after successful payment confirmation. All payments are final and generally non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific uptime, response speed, or CAPTCHA recognition accuracy.

7. Limitation of Liability

CapBlinker shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the security or stability of the service.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
